Paid Time Off
PTO can be used for vacation, personal time, sick time and office closure days (holidays). Accrual is based on length of service.
Medical Insurance
We offer two Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans, a $500 Deductible and a High Deductible Health Plan with United Healthcare. Mustang subsidizes a portion of the medical premiums for both plans.
Healthcare/Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account
Pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible healthcare and dependent daycare expenses.
Healthcare Savings Account
For those enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan, these pre-tax dollars can pay for eligible healthcare expenses.
Voluntary Dental Insurance
We have two dental plans through Guardian, an indemnity PPO plan and the DHMO plan for employees that reside in California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, New York, New Jersey and Texas.
Voluntary Vision Insurance
Services include an eye exam every 12 months, OR contacts every 12 months, frames every 24 months and discounts on Lasik surgery.
Voluntary Short Term Disability
Paid by the Mustanger at very reasonable group rates if disabled due to a medical condition or non-work related injury. Benefit continues for 12 weeks for medical condition and 6 weeks for pregnancy postpartum.
Long Term Disability
60% of your monthly salary, offered at no cost to the Mustanger.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
This benefit is offered at no cost to Mustangers and their families for counseling services, and legal and financial advice by trained professionals.
Life Insurance
Mustang provides each direct employee a term life and AD&D policy equal to 4 times their annual base salary with a maximum benefit of $130,000.00
Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance
Voluntary coverage can be purchased for the employee, spouse and eligible children at low group rates.

Employer 401K Contribution
Contribution paid by the company based on all compensation paid to employee during the calendar year. Contributions are made directly to the employee’s 401K.
