I could write an entire novel about my experiences at Mustang, but here are a few memories to start. I became a member of the Mustang family 20 years ago from the day of its inception. Since then, Mustang has truly been like a home away from home, and the people here have become just like my family. When I first began working here, we used to do drafting manually, but we soon adopted the CAD technology. I feel like I never stop learning new aspects of Engineering Technology. I have grown personally and professionally. Here at Mustang there is no discrimination of any type at any level. I have been treated as me - Divakar. It is up to you how far you want to grow and set your goal. Assistance is always available. From day one, the company was filled with a family atmosphere. I still remember when Kay Redmon, Ann Higgs, and Joyce Covington brought us lunch every Friday, and all of the employees had lunch together. I'll never forget the first picnic and first Christmas party with barely 25 people there, and now I see over 2000 at the parties. Mustang's success over the past 20 years has been overwhelming, and I feel that the friendly atmosphere contributes to its success. I've seen the People Oriented…Project Driven™ motto work successfully at the company for over 20 years.
