
I couldn't be more impressed with the way Mustang has approached my development as a new graduate. I expected to come out of college and to be forced to pick everything up on my own, but my experience at Mustang could not have been more different. Through programs like Young Guns, field trips to job sites, and lunchtime learning sessions, Mustang invests a huge amount of time and resources into giving young engineers the tools they need to become knowledgeable, experienced, and effective at what they do. One of the slogans you hear a lot around Mustang is, "A culture that makes heroes of clients, partners, vendors, and Mustangers." This phrase is a way of life at Mustang. Everyone – literally – will sit down with you and explain something you don’t understand. When your whole company is rooting for you (not just the company) to succeed, it makes the job more fun, motivates you, and gives you confidence to become an integral part of the team.
