 When asked to consider joining my friends and former co-workers at Mustang's Process Plants Group, my only reservation was, would the work be challenging. I had spent a total of 27 years with three other E&C companies in various positions. Eight years later I wonder why that thought ever entered my mind. From Lithuania to Aruba, the work has been not only challenging but very rewarding. For me, Mustang is a unique organization that allows the individual to immediately feel comfortable and provides a work environment that promotes performance at your highest level. Combine this with management support, co-workers that are the best in the business, and a company wide "can do" attitude, and it quickly becomes obvious why Mustang is a success story unparalleled in our industry. |
