Mustang’s Project Systems Management group works closely with the client’s project manager and project team to formulate the Project Execution Plan (PEP) based on Mustang standards including the use of our Stage COACH® process. Once input is given, we take on the primary plan preparation responsibility. This frees project team members to focus on the project. We assist with preparation of:

• Statement of Requirements
• Project Management Plan (PMP)
• Project Execution Plan (including plans for procurement, engineering, construction, quality and HSE)
• Design Basis
• Standard Procedures
• New Procedures and Adaptation of Standard Procedures to Specific Requirements
